Slide 17
Triggers are special breakpoints that set other breakpoints. One trigger can set multiple breakpoints. Consider this example. A common subroutine is called from multiple points within a task but it is failing each time it is called from one of these points. The programmer could set a trigger at the calling point to set a breakpoint in the called routine.
Trigger commands can be entered via a panel or a line mode command.
